ELEVEN is a concept restaurant built around structure, calm, and precision.

A small seasonal menu inspired by Pan-American and Mediterranean cuisine.

Every 2 months we will introduce a new menu, which we call CHAPTERS. Each chapter is designed as a complete unit and does not change.

There are 11 dishes in each chapter to choose from. There are always 4 appetizers, 6 main courses and 1 dessert.

Our focus is on technique, balance, and consistency rather than constant reinvention. Plates are composed with intention, using negative space and controlled elements. Sauces are precise, not decorative.

Each chapter is accompanied by cocktail pairings, created specifically to complement the dishes and the overall narrative of the menu.

ELEVEN is designed for guests who appreciate a quieter pace, focused dining, and a clear culinary direction.

A new chapter is introduced every two months.
